products

An excellent primer for repair of galvanized steel or carbon steel. Suitable for exposure to high temperature (from 1000C to 4000C) in a moderately corrosive industrial and marine environment.

Provides cathodic protection properties to all high performance coating systems used in the following industries:

- Maritime - ships, barges, and piers
- Offshore - production platforms and drilling rigs
- Structural steel of all types, including pulp and paper, sewage and waste treatment
- Chemical and refinery - bridges and tank coating

Formulated to provide excellent adhesion and sacrificial protection to steel surfaces where surface preparation may be less than the ultimate—or where repair of aged zinc rich or galvanised steel surfaces is required.

Typically used in the following industries:
- Maritime - ships, barges, and piers
- Offshore - production platforms and drilling rigs
- Structural steel of all types, including pulp and paper, sewage and waste treatment
- Chemical and refinery - bridges and tank coating

Formulated to provide outstanding cathodic protection against corrosion and contains high less of zinc metals. It is compatible with most high performance coatings systems used in the following industries:

- Maritime - ships, barges, and piers
- Offshore - production platforms and drilling rigs
- Structural steel of all types, including pulp and paper, sewage and waste treatment
- Chemical and refinery - bridges and tank coating

Specifically formulated to provide excellent adhesion combined with sacrificial protection to steel surfaces where surface preparation may be less than the ultimate, or where repair of aged zinc rich or is required.

A fast drying rust inhibiting and weldable pre-construction primer for blast cleaned steel. It can be applied by manual or automatic operated airless or conventional spray equipment. It can also be used as a weldable primer up to a dry film thickness of 20 μm without adverse effect on the quality of the weld.

A rust inhibiting primer for steel, galvanising and aluminium. Forms the basis of high performance coating systems when top coated with epoxy or polyurethane type coatings for the protection of steel structures in industrial and marine environments.

• Anti corrosive primer
• Provides excellent corrosion protection and adhesion to steel, galvanise and aluminium
• Easy Application: Spray, Roller or Brush
• Polyamide cured
• Pigmented with zinc phosphate and iron oxide

Widely used as a general purpose exterior primer for high performance coating systems. Suitable for steel, aluminium, galvanised or fibreglass and an ideal tie coat over inorganic zinc primers. Suitable for chlorinated rubber, solution vinyl, urethane, polyester and epoxy topcoats. Excellent holding primer. Outstanding aged recoatability. Suitable primer for all kinds of steel fabrication. Recommended primer for hand cleaned touch-up and maintenance painting. Used on offshore structures, drill ships and support vessels.

• New high solid technology based on proven technology, long recoatability, outstanding adhesion and fast dry to recoat
• Excellent holding primer
• Outstanding aged recoatability
• Approvals: Meets specifications given in US Naval Ships' Technical Manual, Chapter 631, and Military Sealift Command Instructions 4750.2.
Approved under APCS-1B, 1E & 12.
